Terms & Conditions for PropBuddy Download & Win (Merdeka Edition) Contest:

Eligibility:
1.1. The contest is open to all individuals who have downloaded and installed the PropBuddy App on their mobile devices.
1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old or above at the time of entry.
1.3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of PropBuddy and its associated partners are not eligible to participate in the contest.
1.4. If you had downloaded the PropBuddy App ealier, you are still eligible to join this contest.

Contest Period:
2.1. The contest period shall begin on 2.8.2023 and end on 31.8.2023.
2.2. Entries submitted outside the contest period will not be considered.

How to Enter:
3.1. Participants must download and install the PropBuddy App from the official app store (Google Play Store & Apple App Store).
3.2. Upon downloading the app, participants should fill in the entry form located on the app’s main page.
3.3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize:
4.1. The prize for the contest is one (1) Sabah FC 2023 Home Kit.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

Winner Selection:
5.1. The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
5.2. The draw will be conducted within 1 day after the contest ends.
5.3. The winner will be notified via email or phone call within 3 days after the draw.

Winner Announcement:
6.1. The winner’s name will be announced on the PropBuddy website, App notification and official social media channels.
6.2. By participating in the contest, the winner consents to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the contest.

Claiming the Prize:
7.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
7.2. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified period or if they are found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected through a subsequent random draw.

Disqualification:
8.1. PropBuddy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the contest.
8.2. The decision of PropBuddy regarding any aspect of the contest shall be final and binding.

Privacy:
9.1. By participating in the contest, participants agree to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for contest-related purposes.
9.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with PropBuddy’s privacy policy.

General:
10.1. PropBuddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Participants are advised to review and understand these terms and conditions before entering the contest.
